Position Available: Estate Planning Attorney with Conservatorship experience, 2-5 years.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in estate planning
  • Strong knowledge of probate and conservatorships
  • California Bar admission in good standing
  • In-person position, must be able to commute to the office daily

Compensation and Benefits: The compensation range for our 1-to-5-year associates is $140,000-$220,000 (base annual salary plus an incentive bonus plan) depending on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Our full-time associates enjoy comprehensive benefits. They are eligible for vacation, sick time, and personal time. Additionally, we provide a range of healthcare benefits including medical and dental insurance, as well as Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts.
