Linda K. Khachek

Linda K. Khachek is an attorney in the firm’s Estate Planning Group with over 10 years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, incapacity planning, and conservatorships. She is a trusted advisor who takes pride in crafting tailor-made estate plans that allow clients to protect and provide for their families. She guides individuals and families through the entire estate planning process and drafts revocable and irrevocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, assignments, deeds, and operating agreements while also advising on estate and gift tax planning matters. Always attentive to individual and family circumstances, Linda employs a variety of strategies to ensure a client’s objectives are met.

Linda is also well-versed in the complexities of estate and trust administration. She frequently represents trustees, executors, and administrators in trust and probate administration matters, directing them through what can often be challenging or burdensome responsibilities at an already difficult time.

While in law school, Linda externed at the Department of Justice. Prior to joining the firm, she developed her Trusts and Estates practice while working for a local law firm, a national wealth management firm, and a life insurance services company. Linda’s in-house experience allowed her to develop estate planning, asset protection, and business succession strategies for high-net worth clients.

Linda currently serves on the board of the Santa Barbara Hospice Foundation. Linda is also fluent in Armenian.
