Deborah specializes in estate planning and trust administration. Her estate planning practice focuses on working with and advising clients on comprehensive estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney and advance health care directives, as well as more complex planning involving irrevocable trusts and special needs trusts.
Deborah also advises private and professional fiduciaries and family members in trust administrations, probate and conservatorships. Specifically, Deborah works with special needs trust trustees, beneficiaries, and their families with special needs planning and administration to make the most of public benefits and distributions from Special Needs Trusts to maintain and improve the beneficiary’s quality of life.
Community Involvement
Deborah is actively involved in the community. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Santa Barbara County Bar Association and the Santa Barbara Estate Planning Council. She previously served on the board of the Santa Barbara Mental Wellness Center and was past president of Santa Barbara Newcomers Club.
