Our firm is in search of a professional individual to handle clerical projects, such as copying and scanning projects for multiple departments, sort and deliver mail, stock the office with necessary supplies, manage errands, including court runs and filings (will train), some heavy lifting when necessary. Monday-Friday, hours are flexible as we are open to both part-time and full-time arrangements.
To succeed in this role, you must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to follow verbal and written directions
- Possess a car, insurance, and valid driver’s license with clean record to fulfill your courier responsibilities.
- Knowledge of computers and copiers/scanners.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows/Office and Adobe Acrobat
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and quality of our work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills with attorneys, colleagues and clients.
Hours are flexible. Full-time 8:30-5:00 or Part-time mornings or afternoons; $18 per hour. We offer full benefits with a full-time position (health insurance, life insurance, vacation & sick time, off street parking).
