Brian joined the firm in 2015. His practice is exclusively dedicated to representing employers. Brian represents and defends employers in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including wrongful termination, harassment and discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour matters, with a special emphasis on class action and representative (PAGA) actions.
