Cameron Stowers is an associate in the firm’s Business & Real Estate Group. He assists with large housing development projects, valued in the tens of millions of dollars, ensuring projects not only comply with newly enacted state housing development laws but also seamlessly integrated with local zoning ordinances. Cameron’s experience also involves detailed survey analysis for large real estate transactions, whether they take you in or out of state.

Every property has a unique story, often with encumbrances on its title – Cameron meticulously reviews these encumbrances, and devises strategies to eliminate them. Erroneous property tax assessments can weigh heavily on your bottom line and Cameron works to resolve such issues, ensuring you only pay what you rightfully owe. Residences thrive when communities are harmonious. Cameron reviews and revises Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions for homeowners’ associations, ensuring neighborhoods promote harmony and shared values among residents. Non-profit organizations often own valuable real property and Cameron specializes in securing tax-exempt status for such organizations, allowing them to maximize their impact while safeguarding their valuable assets.

Outside of work, Cameron enjoys traveling with his wife, playing chess and disc golf.
