William E Degen
Will assists employers of all types and sizes with employment issues ranging from dress code violations to union campaigns and wrongful termination litigation. He divides his time between counseling clients and assisting them in avoiding employment-related problems and defending clients in all types of employment litigation matters, including class action litigation. Like other members of the firm's Labor & Employment Group, Will helps position his clients to avoid legal problems and assists them in resolving litigation in the most pragmatic, cost-effective manner possible.
