Job Summary: We are looking for a local and experienced paralegal, who knows how to prepare and file required documents for probate estates, guardianships, and conservatorships.

Qualifications: Paralegal certificate/certification or degree in Paralegal studies. Word, Excel, tax forms and preparation. Two plus years of estates, trusts and conservatorships administration. Hardworking, detail-oriented.

Qualifications: Two plus years of estates, trusts and conservatorships administration. Personable, hardworking, detail-oriented. Paralegal certificate/certification or degree in Paralegal studies required. Word, Excel, tax forms and preparation, Judicial Council, Assessor's Office, Recorders Office.

Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm with full benefits.
